Our two ensuite bedrooms are light and airy with small stone arched mullioned windows; there are Tudor fireplaces and exposed walls.
The huge twin room has ornate plasterwork and double aspect windows overlooking the garden.

Ian, Lisa and their team offer you a warm welcome to The Red Lion at Northmoor, recently purchased from Greene King by the local community and situated in the beautiful Cotswold countryside, 11 miles from Oxford. A pub full of character and charm, with log fires, beamed ceilings and a peaceful garden offering a good selection of wines, real ales and locally made soft drinks. Focusing on seasonal and local produce, Ian makes everything from scratch in the kitchen using a combination of artisan and modern techniques, providing a menu we believe offers something for everyone.
Booking is strongly advised as we are a small pub with a small kitchen!

Our little farm has been in the Florey family for four generations. Continuing this tradition today, we have been farming here since 1980 and have been joined by our son James and his wife Fiona.
We feel extremely lucky to call this beautiful little corner of Oxfordshire our home. The River Thames meanders through the meadows in which our herd grazes and our field margins are filled with flowers, bees, butterflies and other wildlife.
We have been raising our herd of happy cows on 450 acres of riverside meadows in Northmoor for over 20 years.
We have a passion for producing amazing grass-fed beef for people who love buying from a local producer. Less food miles, loads more taste.

Locally bred and locally butchered, our pedigree Romney sheep remind you just how good local meat can be. Available as whole or half lambs butchered and labelled for the freezer. Special cuts by special request. Our own matured Pedigree Aberdeen Angus beef also occasionally available.

Owner, Matthew from West Oxfordshire, has a background in horticulture and horticultural retail. The Landscaping business was established in 2004 and has grown rapidly over the years undertaking projects in Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire, Buckinghamshire, London and the Thames Valley.
Matthew Ellett Ltd takes on all aspects of landscaping from design to completion utilising a
wide range of budgets. We favour the use of natural materials regularly working with stone, oak, natural paving materials, dry stone walling and re-claimed materials.

We offer FREE carriage for all orders over 10,000 cartridges (except Scotland where an uplift will apply). Here our dedicated team is committed to producing semi-mature trees and specimen shrubs to the highest possible standards. Combining traditional growing techniques with modern technology, our aim is to produce top quality stock ready for immediate planting all year round.
All our semi-mature trees and specimen shrubs are container grown and can be delivered with our own vehicles to ensure their safe arrival on site. We also provide a professional planting service if required.
A comprehensive range of stock grown on the nursery is available for viewing and selection. We recommend that customers visit the nursery to discuss their requirements as this provides the opportunity to select the individual plants which we will then tag.
